Από την παραλία του Αγίου Δημητρίου στην ανατολική πλευρά, πάρτε ένα μικρό μονοπάτι με κατσίκια που περνάει παράλληλα με τη θάλασσα. Μια μικρή παραλία στο Στροβίλι οδηγεί στον πυθμένα του φαραγγιού.
Από αυτό το σημείο, ακολουθήστε ένα άγριο φυσικό φαράγγι 4 χιλιομέτρων που οδηγεί στην περιοχή Dhiaselo, η οποία βρίσκεται κοντά στη νέα δεξαμενή. Η ίδια η διαδρομή προς τα πάνω απαιτεί λίγο σκαρφάλωμα πάνω σε μερικούς ογκόλιθους, αλλά αυτό δεν θα πρέπει να αποτελεί πρόβλημα για τον γυμνασμένο περιπατητή.
Από την κορυφή μπορείτε να επιλέξετε να τερματίσετε τον περίπατο στην κορυφή του Φαραγγιού και το μεταφορικό μέσο μπορεί να σας παραλάβει από εκεί, ή εναλλακτικά μπορείτε να κάνετε έναν κυκλικό περίπατο πίσω προς τα κάτω. μονοπάτι 11 απολαμβάνοντας εκπληκτική θέα στην Περιστέρα, το θαλάσσιο πάρκο και τα γύρω νησιά. Αυτό θα σας φέρει πίσω κοντά στο σημείο εκκίνησης στη χερσόνησο του Αγίου Δημητρίου.
Εναλλακτικά, μπορείτε να ξεκινήσετε τον περίπατο από την αντίθετη κατεύθυνση, κατεβαίνοντας το φαράγγι, αλλά πολλοί θεωρούν ότι είναι πιο εύκολο για τα γόνατα να περπατήσετε προς τα πάνω.
