Αυτός ο περίπατος ξεκινάει από το Πατητήρι, παίρνοντας το δρόμο προς τον μικρό όρμο του Ρόσουμ, όπου ανεβαίνετε μια μεγάλη σκάλα και κατεβαίνετε στο μικρό ψαρολίμανο του Βότση, με την υπέροχη θέα.
Συνεχίστε το δρόμο μέσα από το χωριό και στη συνέχεια διακλαδιστείτε προς την παραλία Τσουκαλιά. Από το δρόμο αυτό πάρτε μια δεξιά διακλάδωση και ακολουθήστε ένα χωματόδρομο μέσα στο δάσος μέχρι τις δύο υπέροχες εκκλησίες των Αγίων Αναργύρων. Το σημείο είναι ένα must για να βγάλετε φωτογραφίες και να χτυπήσετε ακόμα και την καμπάνα αυτής της αρχαίας εκκλησίας!
Στη συνέχεια κατεβείτε ένα απότομο μονοπάτι στην παραλία του Τουρκονερίου για να απολαύσετε το μπάνιο της ημέρας. Κάντε ένα καλό διάλειμμα εδώ, γιατί ακολουθεί ένας πολύ απότομος χωματόδρομος, ο οποίος θα σας περάσει μέσα από το δάσος και την περιοχή Ράχες. Εδώ θα περάσετε από την πλάτη της περίφημης Ακαδημίας Κλασικής Ομοιοπαθητικής της Αλοννήσου. Ο ιδρυτής και εμπνευστής της Ακαδημίας Γιώργος Βυθούλκας, είναι ένας βραβευμένος με εναλλακτικό Νόμπελ καθηγητής Ομοιοπαθητικής πραγματικά αφοσιωμένος στο αντικείμενο μελέτης του και στην Ομοιοπαθητική Ιατρική γενικότερα. Χάρη στις δια βίου προσπάθειές του, το νησί της Αλοννήσου είναι ταυτισμένο με τη γνώση για χιλιάδες γιατρούς σε όλο τον κόσμο. Η Διεθνής Ακαδημία Κλασικής Ομοιοπαθητικής διαδραματίζει σημαντικό ρόλο στην προώθηση του Ιατρικού Τουρισμού στην Αλόννησο.
Στη συνέχεια, ακολουθήστε το δρόμο μέχρι την πηγή στο Μέγα Νερό και, τέλος, ακολουθήστε το μονοπάτι που βλέπει προς το Βότση και πίσω στο λιμάνι του Πατητηρίου.
